problem
The festival required a fresh, recognizable identity that could translate across a massive scale—from tiny social media icons to huge stage backdrops—for an event that blends food, music, and student culture.
solution
I managed a team of four to execute a comprehensive branding package that balanced fun with functionality. We created a unified visual language that adapted seamlessly to merchandise, motion graphics, and environmental signage, ensuring a consistent brand experience for the thousands of attendees at this major university event.

I served as the Design Manager, leading a team of four designers to execute the festival's visual identity. My role involved high-level art direction as well as project management, ensuring that all deliverables—from social media animations to festival merchandise—were produced on time and on brand. I oversaw the adaptation of our core graphics to fit a wide variety of scales, ensuring the identity read clearly on everything from a phone screen to a stage banner.
